Arrival Instructions

Thank you for registering to attend the eLEAD Summer of Learning Conference on June 13-14, 2023 at Anderson High School. Below and attached is important information as you prepare to attend the conference next Tuesday and Wednesday:​

  • LOCATION - The eLEAD Conference will take place at Anderson High School, 4610 S. Madison Avenue, Anderson, Indiana 46013. Parking is available on the north and south sides of the building (see below). An interior building map is also below. The highlighted rooms are ones that are being used at the conference.

  • REGISTRATION - When you arrive, please stop at the registration table to check-in. This will ensure we can verify your attendance and PGPs. Registration will be located in the middle of the main hallway and open each day at 7:30 am.

  • SCHEDULE - The schedule for the conference can be found on our website here: schedule. There will not be printed copies of the schedule. Please plan to bring a device with you. (Free WiFi will be available using the open network CHROME-TEMP. No password is required.).

  • FOOD - All food and beverages will be grab and go. Breakfast will be available each day from 8:00 am - 8:30 am by registration. Lunch can be picked up between 10:45 am - 12:45 pm in the Cafeteria. Bottled water will be available in the Cafeteria throughout the conference.

  • VOLUNTEERS - If you have questions at any point during the conference please look for someone in an eLEAD T-shirt. On Tuesday, June 13th volunteers will be wearing BLUE and on Wednesday, June 14th volunteers will be wearing GREEN.
